Neighborhood Community Watch

Deterring crime in our area is a priority. Residents are encouraged to report suspicious activity, keep garage doors closed and vehicles locked! Dedicated community watch volunteers perform daily patrols throughout the year. Their service promotes the safety and security of all families. If you feel that you would like to be a part of this critical program, please contact Lyle Voyles.

Newsletter and E-mails

CNCA sends a quarterly newsletter (mail or e-mail) to members in good standing that provides in-depth information about community news and events. Current neighborhood news and alerts are sent via e-mail by our president, Ginny Langbehn.

Huntsville City District 3

One of the many benefits of being associated with the Chaffee Neighborhood Civic Association is access to important city leaders and the opportunity to discuss issues that have the potential to drastically affect our neighborhood. Lyle Voyles, CNCA City Liaison, and 1st Vice President on our Board of Directors, does a wonderful job at cultivating these relationships that ultimately benefit each of us in this community. He informs the membership of relevant community and Huntsville City matters and may also intercede on the behalf of those who ask for assistance with situations that involve the city government.
